Ahhhhh yes good old nutrition.
This will vary as i progress through my training.
Initially i am looking at losing some fat and gaining some muscle. I cannot follow anything too restrictive as i have to make sure i fuel my body adequately so i can train and work.
I am trying to follow the rule that i only have carbs in the morning at breakfast but that may be tricky to follow on days that i not well organised..
Be more organised!!!
